FAQ's

Do I need to bring a mat?
You are very welcome to bring your own mat but we do have yoga mats at the studio for your use.

I'm running late, will you let me in?
No, sorry. Late entry will disrupt the class.

Can I cancel/change my booking?
If you cancel your booking 12 hours before the start time of the class you will receive a full refund or alternatively you can change your booking to another class. This can all be done online via the booking portal. If you cancel less than 12 hours’ before the class you won’t receive a refund or be able to change your class, but please do still let us know you can no longer attend.

My class pass is running out, can I extend it?
No, the reason the class passes are cheaper per class is because they are required to be used within a certain time-frame.

What classes are suitable for beginners?
We have a beginners class every Wednesday 19:15-20:15. Our Gentle Flow class and Restorative classes are also suitable for beginners.

I have an injury/medical condition, what class should I attend?
The most important thing is that you inform your teacher before the class begins so they can provide you with any adaptions if needed and talk more with you about your injury before the class starts. Trying one of our gentle flow or restorative classes would be a good place to start and building it up from there.

Where should I park?
The closest car parks to the studio are Southgate and Manvers Street. Sainsbury's Car park is free for 90min and is a 10min walk away.

Where shall I leave my bike?
There are bike park spaces at the bottom of Stall Street, here

Are there showers?
Afraid not, sorry

How big is the studio?
The studio holds a maximum of 16.

Yes! About 1/3 of are class attendees are male.

What Our Clients Are Saying

I visited Robyn’s studio for the first time yesterday and I’m wondering why I left it so long. Not having done a in-person yoga class since before COVID I was nervous, but Robyn put me at ease and when I struggled with some of the poses, she quietly suggested ways to adapt the poses, so I was more comfortable.

The place feels so cosy and inviting, even better than it looks in the photos if that's possible. The session was just what my mind and body needed - I can’t wait to go again.

Thank-you.
